All orders ship within 3–5 business days. Since everything is handmade, custom orders may take a little longer — I'll always let you know!
✦Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible! I can usually make changes within 24 hours of ordering. Once it's in production I may not be able to make changes.
✦Do you do custom orders?
Yes! I love custom requests. Send me a message with what you're thinking and I'll let you know if it's possible and give you a quote.
✦My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
I'm so sorry! Send me a photo and your order number and I'll make it right as quickly as possible. Your happiness is my priority 💕
✦Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since everything is handmade to order, I don't accept returns but I do make things right if something arrives wrong or damaged.
